⚠️ Zero-Tolerance Warning
RyKoraL maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any attempts to upload, share, request, or facilitate such content will result in immediate permanent account termination, IP ban, device block, and report filing with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate global law enforcement agencies.

2. How to Report Child Safety Concerns In-App
We empower our users with clear, easily accessible tools to report any suspected child safety concerns, grooming behavior, or abuse. Reports can be submitted 24/7 directly within the app by following these steps:
- Reporting a Post or Media (Waves/Vibez): Tap the three dots (···) in the top-right corner of the post or video card, select "Report", and choose "Child Safety Concern".
- Reporting a User Profile: Go to the user's profile page, tap the options menu icon (···) in the top-right corner, select "Report Profile", and choose "Child Safety / Grooming".
- Reporting a Chat Message: Long-press the specific message in the chat screen, tap "Report Message", and select "Child Safety Concern".
All child safety reports are immediately escalated to our dedicated Safety Moderation Team for review. Review takes place within 1 hour of receipt. Users may also submit reports directly via email to our safety officer at vemalaramakrishna72@gmail.com.
3. Prevention and Detection Technologies
To proactively defend against child abuse material on RyKoraL, we employ multiple layers of automated detection and prevention technology:
- Automated Image & Video Filtering: All images and videos uploaded to the social feed or sent in chats are run through automated content-matching systems that detect known CSAM and flag suspicious images prior to public display.
- Text and Keyword Monitoring: Our chat servers use real-time keyword monitoring to detect patterns matching online grooming, exploitation, or requests for child media.
- Human Review: Flagged content is queued for urgent manual inspection by our safety team to ensure rapid and accurate classification.
4. Response and Legal Action Protocols
Once a child safety concern or CSAM/CSAE violation is verified, the following protocols are triggered immediately:
- Account Termination: The offending account is permanently terminated.
- Device and IP Bans: The associated hardware device ID and IP address ranges are blacklisted permanently from creating or accessing any RyKoraL accounts.
- NCMEC Reporting: We are legally mandated to, and will, submit a CyberTipline Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) containing all relevant user details, IP logs, registration information, and the offending media/communications.
- Law Enforcement Collaboration: We coordinate directly with local and international law enforcement agencies to assist in investigations and prosecutions.
5. Age Gating and Restrictions
RyKoraL is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not allow registration for children under the age of 13. During sign-up, users must provide their birth date to verify they meet the minimum age requirement. If we discover that a user under the age of 13 has bypassed our verification and registered, we will immediately and permanently delete their account and associated data from our servers.
6. Global Regulatory Compliance
Our child safety policies are designed in strict accordance with major global child safety laws and developer standards, including:
- Google Play Store Developer Policies regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) protecting the privacy and safety of children online.
- The UK Age Appropriate Design Code and European Union Child Protection Directives.
